All orders will be charged to the student or faculty account. The charge will appear on the next Smart Tuition statement.
Please make sure you identify the name, grade and homeroom teacher or advisor for your YOUNGEST child upon checkout. If you are an employee, alumni or grandparent please write your full name in the required fields.
There is no shipping or parent pick-up on campus. Orders will be fulfilled on Sunday mornings and will be distributed to students on Mondays to be brought home. Please make sure to order by 10am on Sunday if you want your order that week. Upper School students without younger siblings will need to pick up their order from Emily Russo's office at the end of the day. If your child is remote the week the order is fulfilled, the merchandise will be held until the following Monday. If your delivery date falls on a Monday that is a holiday, your child will receive the package to bring home the next day school reopens.
Employee orders can be picked up from Ms Monti's desk the Monday after you place your order. Parents will receive an email when your order has been delivered to your child’s homeroom teacher or advisor.
You may return new or unopened items within 30 days of order for a full refund. Hand sanitizers and mask lanyards may not be returned or exchanged.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of returning your items, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (5 to 7 business days), and the time it takes to credit the account.
